The 2Cana Solutions Graduate Recruitment Programme occurs annually at a number of universities. Our aim is to recruit university graduates who are goal-driven achievers and passionate about I.T. and programming.

Successful candidates are placed on an extensive training and mentoring programme for 6 months, commencing in January. The first 3 months consist of in-house training by specialists on a variety of topics.

Once the formal training is completed, candidates are moved onto development teams to put their training into practice. They may work on a number of projects. After the 6 months, candidates undergo a formal appraisal where they are assessed on their progress.
